Steps we take when repairing you computer
We take a lot of pride in our workmanship, and our mission goal is to treat others the same way we would like to be treated. Nobody gets it 100% right every time, so on those rare occasions when a job might return then we do not add any additional labour charges.
Except for the quick laptop screen replacements, every single computer brought to our workshop receives a full 5 point health check as part of the repair process. The steps to the right are the basics of our 5 point health checks. However, we do not dismantle computers still under warranty without customer consent.

Remote Repairs
We cannot perform complete hardware checks or cleans through a remote session, so we restrict these to a 4 point health check. As long as you have a stable Internet connection, we can remote into your computer anywhere around the world and perform repairs. We also have a lot of Australian customers who rely upon our services Internationally when they travel. From helping them to get their email working on foreign Internet in overseas airport lounges to complete repairs, we are there 7 days a week.
